Pets for Support provides Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter evaluations and documentation through licensed mental health professionals. Letters are intended solely for qualifying individuals based on a mental health assessment and are issued in compliance with the Fair Housing Act (FHA).
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

Consent to having your information reviewed by a licensed mental health professional in your state
Submission of false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of your order without refund.
3. No Medical or Legal Advice
While our letters are issued by licensed professionals, the information on our website is not a substitute for medical or legal advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider or attorney for advice specific to your condition or situation.
4. Refund Policy
All ESA letter purchases are final and non-refundable once the evaluation process has begun. However, if your letter is formally denied by a housing provider, you may request a full refund by submitting written proof of denial within 14 days of letter delivery. Pets for Support reserves the right to verify all claims before issuing a refund.
5. Delivery Timeline
ESA letters are typically delivered via secure email within 48 hours of your completed questionnaire and therapist review. Delays may occur due to incomplete submissions or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pets for Support and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We do not guarantee acceptance of your ESA letter by all third parties or housing providers, though we take all measures to ensure legal compliance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, text, graphics, and digital products—is the property of Pets for Support and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
