Refund policy

Due to the nature of our service and the involvement of licensed healthcare professionals, all ESA letter purchases are considered final and non-refundable once the evaluation process has begun.

However, we stand behind the validity of our documentation. If your ESA letter is formally denied by a housing provider, we will issue a 100% refund upon receipt of written proof of denial clearly stating that the ESA letter was not accepted. This documentation must include the name of the housing provider, the reason for denial, and a copy of the denial notice, and must be submitted within 14 days of letter delivery.
